I don't know about the Cavs this year. Looks like they won't be as strong as last year.

Ilgauskas is talking about retiring now? He probably feels overshadowed by Shaq, but here he is, talking to the media about not wanting to go through another "rebuilding phase" after this year is over. He should wait until the season is over (at least) to start throwing things like that in the air. I wonder how the team chemistry is because of this, and Delonte West (both him and Z were STARTERS last year).

I think Orlando would beat Cleveland in a 7 game series again this year. No one is really taking them serious again but they are secretly stacked.

That's my second wish this year, that Cleveland doesn't make it to the finals and Prince James bolts.

And that we get a relatively injury-free season

Orlando's roster is stacked up. Saw them play against Mavs preseason... looking good.
But, not as good as my Mavs. hehehehehe...

Charles Barkley said the same thing (Cavs are in the outside looking in), and I called it out 2 weeks ago.

TWO of their starters from last year are either not playing or have lost it. Them being Delonte West and Ilgauskus, respectively.

I mean... WHO in their right mind (Ilgauskus) announces that they want to retire after the season is over and that he doesn't want to be one part of another "rebuilding team"??? What kind of attitude is that going into the season?

Sure, they gained Shaq, but they have lost Z in my opinion. And sure, they attained Anthony Parker, but no Delonte West. It takes time for new players to adjust, IF they adjust.

No Wally Szcerbiak, no Z, no Ben Wallace, no Delonte West... they're like a total different team---

So, Celtics/Orlando it is.
