I'd go as far as saying beat 3 Hall of Fame QBs in the 2009 Playoffs/SB. I've been waiting for this for 20 years!!! And to answer the big question of Brees being an Elite or not.... No doubt about it!

You have to give his line a lot of credit. No one ever touches the guy. He has all day to throw.
Can't say the same for the Vikings a couple weeks ago.

You are right... not by himself.. I should have said Saints as a team. Saints have argulably, one of the best lines, a BIG reason why they rush well. He did outplay those other QBs. no doubt about that.

Minnesota has a good line too but the Saints D is so complicated and gives you so many looks, it makes it hard to know what's coming. Vikings were luck to be in the game and in the end. Saints were lucky to come out on top. You can also argue that an interception was inevitable... most opportunistic D vs. a QB thats throws a ton of picks, albeit, not so much in the 2009 season.

I didnt get why the Vikings came out passing instead of pounding the ball. Saints Rush D hasn't been very good. But I'm not gonna complain they didnt.

P.S. Im gonna be on cloud 9 for a month. And I am completely biased-you can see where =P

I assume you mean because they couldn't hold on to the ball because they led the game in every offensive area, unfortunatley in turnovers too! They totaly outplayed the Saints and at the same time buried themselves.
Oh well, it's water under the bridge. I'm happy they beat the Colts
