Lowering Spring and rear struts

I bought a set of lowering springs and a rear strut bar for my Z. I was wanting to know if anyone could help me install them.

You need to entice the guys with alchol and food. LOL Chris bought the springs from me amd I promised him that I would install them but my schedule is pretty much full right now. If you all could help him out I would very much appreciated it.
