Need website help.

I need some assistance with a website. Im hosting through godaddy & need some kind of tutorial on how i can add/upload files & make changes n such. I called the godaddy number but as much as they say they like to help their customers ive noticed their very low on patience. I had originally paid some kid to deisgn the site but cant get a hold of him so if any of you guys have some sort of knowledge id appreciate it. If not then i guess im gonna have to start learning.

thanks
Jay

Hey Jay!

I work at Rackspace Hosting so I'm sure I can help you out. I've never owned a domain through godaddy or hosted with them but it is all very similar. Lets start with the basics shall we?

Are you hosting with a linux or windows box?

Have you gone through this yet?
