There are a lot more of them than they showed there. Nearly every different type of plane has a number of them and the larger ones have even more. All of these are visible when booking online with Air Canada for example.

edit: thanks to whoever posted seat guru....I always just thought on my flights overseas the planes I always got didn't have power adaptors, which sucked. I now see it was that I was just picking the wrong seats. I will say I think its lame that some seats in coach get power adaptors, while others don't.
