Has anyone ever been to Negril, Jamaica?...
My wife booked a suprise vacation for us there. We leave on Sunday for a week. I have heard mixed reviews and am wondering if anyone has any input, tips, etc... We are staying at the Riu (sp?)
Anyway the consensus so far is that is beautiful but can be a bit dangerous.

I guess that's what being high is like.  But nevertheless, have a great time. The worst can happen is your money getting stolen... just keep your eyes and ears open "if" you venture out of the resort. Enjoy Jamaica. Ha... No Hedonism. However I have a few friends that went and they say it pretty much sucks because it has been overun by "droves of old fat swingers".
Anyway, my wife is in law enforcment and frequently drug tested so there will be no ganga for her. I might try to sneak some in. I hear its really good there. PS: I think G-girl needs to do some explaining on her experiences at Hedonism.

ROFLMAO! Grace and Swivelhips, you guys crack me up! Heck, this is G-girl guys, the girl who just learned what "tossing the salad" is!
I thought it was actually with salad tongs on the table before you serve dinner!HAHAHA! Shellnyce, my best friend and I booked a Hedo trip in 2004, but I fell ill, so I stayed back while her and another friend of ours went ahead. They wanted to get back on the plane 2 mins after they'd arrived at the resort! They said it was disgusting, nothing like our travel agent explained to us. People were having sex all over the place, the lobby, the bushes, the sidewalk, blatantly gross. Sorry to digress... but I think you guys will be fine... me and my BFF went, 2 girls and we were fine. We were bombarded w/ ganga sales! LOL But we don't do that, so we never bought any. Have a great time. You'll love it.
