Boston
I've always wanted to visit Boston. In fact, I almost went to school there! I got accepted to BU two years ago, but I wasn't ready to leave home (Dad has kidney disease, so I wanted to stick around).
Now I've got the chance to go for a few days for my mother's b/f's family reunion. He invited me and I gladly accepted his offer...free trip to Boston! So what to do in Boston in 2 days?

Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market and the Freedom Trail are all great this time of year. Sit outside in the marketpalce and have lunch and a few beers. Walk the BU campus to see what you missed; might promt you to reapply. Go to Fenway and catch a game if you've never been. North End for dinner if you like Italian.

Check the listings for concerts on Boston Common for the days you're going to be there. If you're looking for clubs at night, check Lansdowne Street which is right near Fenway. Visit the USS Constitution in Charlestown. I only get back up there a couple times a year so the members still living there might give a bit more insight. I'm trying to think of places I brought people that came to visit while I was still living up there.
Definitely go to Fenway!
