Out of the countries that Kalvin visited this trip (actually, probably out of all the Asian countries), Hong Kong is BY FAR the easiest to get around if you only know English. My wife & I go back there every year since she's HKnese (we also use HK as our stepping stone to other places in Asia). There are a lot of foreigners and a majority of the people there speak can speak English.
