axle - not sure what you'd need changed, but probably covered.
allignment - not covered ( adjustment )
suspension - covered under basic warranty if not damaged or aftermarket
brake pads and rotors - covered 3 years 36000 miles

All are covered except the wheel alignment. If you just brought your car and have'nt had it for three weeks and it's giving you those problems take it back. My friends girl brought one and had it for two weeks and she took it back because of a bad reear strut, bad caliper and two bad rear tires. She then told them she would bring an attorney with her to personally deliver the summons if they did not rectify the problem...which they did by giving her a new car.

I've had the car for less than 2 months. I bought it from a bmw dealer (used). What should I do? Everytime I break and break+turn it makes a loud grinding sound like its crunching (not a squeak). I told an infiniti dealer the problem so I'm taking it in tomorrow to get it fixed (hope so) at the Costa Mesa infiniti dealer. I am going to ask him if he can fix my alignment too (never hurts to ask).

But if the warranty doesn't cover, is there a place I can take to fix my alignment(if you can fix it... that is. I don't want to pay for something that isn't going to be fixed)? And how much does it cost? Any places you guys can recommend me?

*Updated* December 28, 2006

So I took my car in at 7:35 AM to Costa Mesa Infiniti. I talked to Han and he was really cool. He helped me and told me what I needed (which was all free; no charge). So than at 2-3PM, he calls and tells me the update of my car. The car is still not finished. I came in at 6:30 PM and asked him what is the status of my car and he told me that they weren't finished. They are still working on my issues becuase they couldn't find anything wrong with it. He told me he will give me a call tomorrow when my car is finished. So I will give you guys further updates on my issues with my axle, suspension, brakes, etc.

*Problem*
I was hearing noises (crunching sounds) when I brake and turn/brake in the front. I am thinking its the axle and suspension. And sometimes when I shift I would hear that crunching sound as well.

Thanks man! =)

So I got an update:

Han called and told me that he changed the rear brakes, compression rod, and lubricated something (when I shifted gear). Now he is changing the front brakes as well. I hope everything is fixed! Can't wait to get my car back.... =)

*Update* 12/28/2006

So yeah, I got my car back. Everything seems cool. No more crunching sound and my brakes are smooth as if they were new when I first purchased the car. They even washed my car! I will let you guys know in a week if anything happens (if the problem comes back).

Overall experience: Hans a very cool person. He told me wassup and gave me updates on my car (calls). Great job with the work, but the wait was long. Took 2 full days to get my car back. Brought it in the 27th at 7:30-7:45AM... got it back 28th 5:40PM. I didn't mind the wait at all so I didn't really care about waiting for 2 days.

Yeah. Wait was alittle long - but hopefully it was all done right and you won't have any more problems! Where is CMesa?
