any ideas? :/

im looking to get a 2004 g35 coupe i want it black on black...i have some questions how much would it be to tint the taillights and the headlights?...also, people are talking about all these exhaust i ran them up and there not that cheap what sounds good out there for a conviniant price? i like a deep growl..idk if u guys can help thatll be great thanks
