Problem Please help: Not Shifting

2003 G35 auto sedan. I was wondering if anyone has experienced any problems where the car goes into a limp mode. It wont shift. I just got the transmission replaced with a used transmission, because the dealer said it was the valve body. Codes didn't clear after the replaced transmission was installed. Any suggestion? What was the actually problem when it was going into limp mode from the beginning? Could it be wiring or a sensor? Ive spent $2700 and i still don't know the problem. Help!!!!!

No warranty plus vb was the same price as the transmission and they thought the transmission could have been damaged.

no, im saying that you replaced a perfectly good transmission.

your valve body is most likely the problem. i suggest you request that your dealer change it, as they are stupid not to diagnose the problem correctly.
