The brakes? of course, although they'll probably wonder why you're having the brake fluid replaced ahead of factory schedule.

You'll want to have fresh/relatively fresh fluids in the car, and top everything off as well. Make sure your tires have at least 4/32" left, and at least 5mm brake materiel.

This is all just basic tech inspection stuff...

I've got my old oem 19s with the terrible oem bridgestone tires as a spare set of wheels. should I use them or my volk sfwinnings with brand new toyo t1r's?

The RE050A is a much sticker tire than the T1R.... how much tread do you have on them?

25% of a 100% new tire
You say that these are sticky tires but i have trouble getting any grip at all with them. I can slide my car around any corner. haha

Tires are typically replaced at 2/32"... so no don't use those

Question: My car is all stock suspension, with intake and exhaust... would I be the least modded, look like a tard bringing my car to the track. I am a very spirited driver and think this would be a blast! Any input for a young track noob?

Intake/Exhaust is more mods than the car I'll be running.

Everyone has to start somewhere right? Stock or close to stock is also the best way to start. You'll have a blast!
