Help with choosing nice looking Brake system

Hi Guys,

I will in Canada. I have a G35x 2007 sedan. It is time to replace the normal, everyday looking brakes (factory). I am happy with the Rims, just dont like the disks/pads/ and calipers.

a) any suggestions with the best fit and look?
b) can you recommand a place that can supply them, so i can order them online?

Get the g37 akembono brakes with the adapter bracket one of the better BBK for around 1500 bucks

They sell brake caliper covers online that give your wheel well a new look, as long as you don't go with flashy covers that advertise what isn't there . These are like $50 at most, while new Akenobos are like $2000 if pro installed.

Really, dude? I thought you knew better than to suggest this garbage. :P

OP, go with the akebonos. They're super inexpensive (as far as BBKs are concerned), they look great and when powder coated (like any BBK caliper) really makes the wheels and car pop. If you get caliper covers you WILL be laughed at. Just stick with your stock brakes and paint them silver for a cleaner look if you aren't into spending the BBK money.

Caliper covers are lame IF they advertise a false promise.. I'm saying he should just fix what's there by covering it .

Noooo, I've seen them in real life. Blank ones that are just covers. Looks ridiculous.

Guys, he said he's happy with his existing wheels, so there's no way he's going to fit any BBK under them. The relative economy of the BBK becomes much worse if he needs to include the expense of a larger set of wheels and tires to go with it; especially if he's doing it purely for looks. To make matters even worse, he's in Canada, so he's probably going to need separate winter tires as well.
