New Tires but no size

So I have stock 08 G35 Sedan standard model. 17 inch stock rims. I'm looking to get PSS or hankook V12 but there's no stock tire size. Which size should I get?

You won't find either of those two tires in a size that is compatible with your stock wheel widths, nor your speedometer. You might have a look at the BFG g-Force Sport COMP-2 instead. They are a decent enough summer sport tire and they come in the stock 225/55-17 size.

Another alternative is to go with an all season version of a sport tire, in either the stock 225/55 size, or a 235/50 size; anything wider should really have a wider wheel to go with it.

At the stock tire size (225/55/17) this one should be about the best option for a quality summer tire, rarely read anything but great reviews for this one~

Well, that Conti is an all-season tire, so it's a bit of apples-to-oranges in comparison to the BFG. For summer performance capability, I'd say yes the BFG is better, but for heavy wet and/or very cold conditions, then no it's probably not better than an all-season tire.

EDIT: You don't say where you're located, so there's no way to suggest what's best for your needs.
