DYI 14 mm spark plug socket

I just join the forum for a few week after i bought a 2007 G35X sedan from my friend, I'm in the middle of changing all fluids, drive belt, spark plug etc. and this forum have been an incredible source of information thank you guys/girls. I figure I can contribute a little.

As you all know by now that 2007-2008 Infinti use Denso 14 mm Iridium Spark plug and you can not buy a 14mm spark plug socket (well maybe at the dealer).
The smallest spark plug socket is a 5/8 which most of us should have, so instead of using a magnet or a rubber hose to change the spark plug, why not make your own 14mm spark plug socket in less than 5 mins.
Here is what you need:

5/8 spark plug socket
14 mm socket, a extra deep socket is better, but not required
a small flat head screw driver
and a 8 mm socket

1) Remove the rubber ring from the 5/8 spark plug socket using the flat heat screw driver

2) Insert the rubber ring into the 14mm socket

3) Use the 8mm socket the help you push down the rubber ring all the way down

That is it, you just made a 14 mm spark plug socket
