A/c tech question help

Hey everyone, I just replaced my ac compressor, due to a leaky one. After replacing the compressor, I vacuumed the lines and filled it back up with r-134a. After filling it back up, I noticed my high pressure gauge was not reading any pressure while low pressure was at 30psi. So I thought that was odd, no pressure at all. it turns out to be a pinched gasket/seal between the gauge and the line, not allowing any pressure to pass through. Replaced that and pressure went up to normal range of 160psi. Here's the question, since the high pressure line was pinch during the vacuuming process, do I need to have the system evacuated, vacuumed and filled again? Did I leave air and moisture in the high side? I did vacuum the system for 4 hours. Everything is within range as far as the low and high pressure and the discharging air.

Thanks!
