Motordyne customer service ROCKS.
Sorry if this is long or in the wrong section but I willjust like to share my thoughts and recent over the phone experience.
So right now I'm doing major maintenance and R&R on a few items. As I'm taking off my lower plenum upon removal my airamid gasket tore into pieces ( kinda like paper waterpump gasket tears when removed). This is my second set I have got from Motordyne. So in my venture of ordering parts ( thanks NICK from CZP for the help get my clutch kit) I decided to give motordyne a call to see if they can help me out on maybe a discounted price for another. I love these gaskets and they work.... shouldn't have to ever take manifolds off from time to time but things happens and comes up.
So I called sales and got the best customer service REP. She listened, understand the problem at hand and was quick to figure a solution. She offered to just send me one free since this will be my third one. I disagree and would more then happy repurchase another. She says to email the description of issue and home of address so I did and she was going to rely the message to Tony. No more then 1Hr from receiving my email Mariella sent me en email saying they just sent one through fed ex for FREE. These guys and gals are awesome even though the Airamid gasket is not warrantied. Can't disagree when its already sent. LOL
Keep in mind this is the first they have heard of this and so only reluctant to send me one with careful instructions. So don't go calling motordyne saying I did this and got that for free. It was more so installer error and the free gasket was based off purchase history.
These GASKET ARE NOT WARRANTIED... so if I ever f one up again, i'll just buy another and do so until I don't own a v35/z33 again.
I just want to say thanks to Mariella, Tony, and the guys at Motordyne for being a great vendor and keeping valuable ethics as a business. When you provide great products and customer service... you gain customers for life. You will never go wrong with Motordyne. From a military service member.... THANKS.

I share no relationship with any vendors, and have never had to call one for certain minor things. The help I got just stunned me. Thus we should'nt expect anything less.

I remember the first time I called Motordyne.
Typically when you call tech support you get a 9-5 book trained guy from other companies. Tony answers the tech questions himself (owner of Motordyne engineering). He knows how to explain how something works too.
You begin to wonder if what he does really is rocket science...
