Infiniti caps aren't gonna fit unfortunately. You will need a conical seat either Acorn or Spline style lugnut for these wheels.

Yes, I have the fitment options for the 18s, I will edit the first post and add it.

The F10 is 20" only. 1.5" lip front and 4" lip rear. The lip size does not change with the offset because these are 1 piece wheels.
