FYI, I know this post is dead, but I contacted Kent Moore and here is what they said about the two parts listed in the manual, Part# LM40860200 and LM45190000.

"The requested stands were never manufactured.

Thank You for your inquiry.
O.E. Technical Service
Kent-Moore"

I am going to do what others have done, and make my own. I am going to take the stock jack, and machine a piece to fit that shape. If all goes well, they should be easy to make. If so, anyone interested in some? I'll need to make a set before I knew the cost.

check out griotsgarage.com. They have some pad but I think they are pretty expensive. There have been a couple of discussions about using a hockey puck on the lifting pad of a floor jact, maybe they can also be adapted to work with jack stands.
