Low tire pressure warning light

Low tire pressure warning light
I have a 2005 G35X I bought used that has 104,000 miles. The Low Tire Pressure Light is giving me fits. It is off when I start the car then comes on and stays on after about 10 minutes of driving. Speed does not affect this. I had the TPMS's checked and they are okay. I also had a tech check the car with an OBD meter when it was running and the light was on and it gave me a C1724 code. The car did have an electrical problem due to bad wiring of an aftermarket stereo. That stereo is now out and the OEM Infiniti stereo is back in place. So after all this, anyone else have the same problem with the warning light?

I have a similar problem. my light comes on maybe once or twice a month and then suddenly this morning came on with a long beep followed by another long beep. since it never beeped before i checked the tire pressure and they were all ok. it stayed on for my 20 minute ride to work. stayed on my entire ride home from work 8 hours later and went off 2 minutes before i got home.
It was way colder this morning then it has been all year, could that have anything to do with it? and does anyone know what the beep and light means instead of just a light? thanks for your help guys.

The independent Nissan shop that does my alignment (the only one that gets it right) recommends using only Nissan sensors due to the superior quality. I'd much rather get it right the first time than buy sensors from eBay and have to repeat the install a year from now. My wheel sensors have lasted 10 years and have been in and out of 5 sets of wheels, I'll stay with Nissan...Gary

My 2005 does the same thing... Takes about an hour though @ highway speeds. No beep & tire pressures were within .5 psi of each other. Resets itself after cycling the ignition.
