Talking OEM 19s on '03 Coupe help

Hi, I have a stock 2003 coupe with the oem 17s on them. I currently want to get the OEM 19 RAYS since I'm not that interested in dropping $$$ for high end aftermarket wheels.
I'm wondering on what wheel + tire + spacer combo I can run to avoid rubbing, avoid "tucking" (what does that mean, I just read some threads about it) and make it look kind of aggressive (not super aggressive). I kind of want to get rears spaced out compared to the fronts like how widebody M3's are (lol). So yeah what combo should I get.
I have no idea about working with spacers but here are my tire ideas:

a) F: 235/35/19 R: 255/40/19
b) F: 245/35/19 R: 255/40/19
c) F: 245/40/19 R: 255/40/19
Which one for tires guys? I dont think I can go 265/275 with these (Am I right idk lol just got that from reading variuos threads)
If I go 40 at the rear, should I go 40 for my front tires as well?

I'm also thinking of slightly dropping it on spings (no $$ for coils). Im thinking of the OEM Z springs, should I still run OEM shocks by then?
I have a Brilliant SIlver G btw and LOVE the look of the OEM Rays.
Car is just for DD, (I'm in HS now you know why I can't dish $$$'s got keyed twice FML) and not for track
Any help would be appreciated
