WTT 20 Axis Shine for 19's w/ tires

I just bought the car and the previous owner had 20" Axis Shine wheels on it, looking for some 19's.
Or offer me some money I can sell them also |
anyone know if thise will fit on a lowered 07 sedan and what i would need to make it fit?

I'm pretty sure the offset in the rear is +20 its a 20x 10" and the front is a +15 and its a 20x 9"
