tire pressure light - g35 coupe

I just replaces the wheels and new tires few days ago and all 4 tires at 35 PSI. I drove my car for more than 60mi after I changed the tires and still the orange tire pressure ligth is on. Is there a way to reset it or clear it?

I have a similar situation.
I got new tires about 10 months ago, and since then the TPS light comes on, seemingly at random (fortunately without the annoying and long warning sound). I check the pressure and all is okay.
On my car, it seems like when I shut the car off, the next time I drive it, the light is off.
I hope that somebody has an answer for you.
good luck.

Try reset your ecu. Mine clears but always comes back after a long drive. I'm sure I have a faulty tpms but yours probably just needs a reset. Look up ecu reset procedures.

You need to verify you have at least 35 psi in each tire. I had this with my first set of Volks, there was a sticker on the inside lip causing a tire to leak. Once removed the TPS only came on when I had a nail in one of my tires which is what it's supposed to do. The TPS warning comes on when your tire pressure drops below 26 psi....fyi

Thank u guys for the responses. Actually I took my car today for engine oil changed and I told them to clear the tire pressure light, so they were able to reset it, i'm glad...hopefully it will not come back again. I think the tire pressure light was on because when i got my car's tires replaced, they forgot to fix the sensors ir didn't install them right!

When the alarm beeps and the light comes on the system is telling you one or more of your tires needs air. If the light comes on with no beep, it's telling you it doesn't recognize one of more of the sensors. If you have a full size spare, be sure to check that as well, they also have a sensor.

HTH.

I got the same problem. I drove about 700 miles in 2 days and the light came on so I pulled over to check it out and it was fine. Restarted the car and the light was off, but came back on an hour later. It stays on unless the car restarts and at the end of the 700 miles, the psi dropped by less than 3, if that.

I just took my car to Nissan today.
Apparently, one of my TPM sensor battery is dying...
$120 for the part, another $120-150 to reset / reprogram.

Is it really 26 psi? My warning light came on yesterday. I checked all the tires at they were at 31, added more air so they were at 35. Drove off for half a mile and the sensor turned off and never came back.

Same here, mine was on and the lowest was 32 as of last night.

26 may be manual or what they should go on at, but 32 in my case, which I much prefer.

Man i remember a few years ago when that beep came on for the first time. Scared the crap outta me lol. Sometimes it took quite a while for the light to shut off for me though.

Mine have been on just because I don't have TPMS on my rims. It doesn't even bother me xd. At this point, it'd be strange to see my panel withOUT the thing lighting up lool
