It's probably because he wants to trade stocks and only want 18's and probably because the sizes/offsets aren't all that agressive.

I didnt want aggressive offsets since i was lowering it so much and didnt want rubbing issues.. anyways the wheels are sick.. and im selling because im trading my car is for a bigger one for work.. sucks.. but you gotta do what you gotta do..
