Two questions:
1) Where is local pick-up?
2) Is the pic the current state of the tires or a previous state (like after mounting)?

Im in Frederick,MD abit far from cali. Yeah the pic is the condition now. Just took it 2 days ago. Im gonna wait alil befor I ship it.
