it IS A POLISHED LIP WITH A GUNMETAL SPOKE. THE FOURTH IS A DULL GUNMETAL..REASON FOR THAT NEW RIMS CAME IN AND NO LONGER FINISHED WHAT I STARTED.NO TIRES...BUT CONSIDERING ONE OF THE RIMS DOES NOT MATCH COLOR..
