is it already tuned?

as far as i know, not really but it has 3 tunes on it. stage 1, 2, 2+. most ppl would run there car on 2+ if you have the basic bolts on like: headers, hfc or no cats and a catback, intake, plenum spacer.
i think u can email cobb and you can ask them to send u a tune to load on to the handhead tuning thing according to your mods i believe.
its great and simple tuning product!!
