do 2 of the wheels have different center caps?

No, they are all the same. Apparently the "Sevas" part is actually an adhesive piece of plastic. 2 of these adhesives came off... I am not sure if replacements are available through Sevas or not. The wheels are not mine, they are my best friends so I listed them. His name is Tres and his number is listed for anyone who has questions.
