BEWARE of the Gain (man I burnt my effin JL 15W3.. lols) but try messing around with all of them to see which one is best for you.. You said if you go past +2 on the bass, it starts to dim correct? Well, it could be that the bass boost is high.. But damn, one amp is doing that. That's weird!

ok so busted the multimeter out today (finally got some free time)
both rcas were sending about 12.8V constant.
this on both the inner prong and outer sheath, isnt one supposed to be a ground and therefore should show a difference in voltage when going from prong to sheath??
this makes me thing there is a short on the grounds but i cant find any. im thinking of trying to make a separate ground directly from the rca to some bolt, would this work?
