Won't start
 

I was replacing a fuse for the tailights on my 03 coupe. I started the car and it began to sputter and died. Thought it might be out of gas so I added some, no luck. It now will not start at all. Seems it has no fire at the fuel pump, did I fry a relay? Can anyone please help me:confused:
