Infiniti Won't Sell Nav Parts w/out VIN
 

I've ordered the parts to install my screen in stock housing; however, after paying for it and waiting almost two weeks the dealer says it's backordered. They will not release the part anytime soon until I give them a VIN#. They call it customer care upgrade. My car doesn't have navigation so my VIN# doesn't apply. Am I just stuck for god knows how long...?

Has anyone else had this problem before with infiniti?

Why not just give them a Vin off of a car on the lot with nav. Chevy is the same way when ordering stuff.

No crap... If Infiniti wants to be a$$es after all the crap thay have put so many people through with the double din issue... cheat!

I've given them my VIN...but that won't help since my car doesn't have navigation. I like G352NV suggestion...i'll probably give them the VIN of a nav car on their lot. :) Thanks for the input guys...
