Can you Take CD with MP3's and Copy it to Car Hardrive?

I normally take a CD place it in car and touch the button on the screen to copy the cd to hard drive, i think it converts it to MP3's.

Can i take a CD with 80 MP3 songs on it and copy it to HD.

Hmmm... i wonder if anyone found away around this and or to get larger amounts of music on to the hard drive faster
