anyone used sound deadening materials on your cars?

I think at that time I just had the sub hooked up to my home theater amp, the JL 15" W6. I may have had my other speakers hooked up but I don't think so, they're some oooooooooooooooold school one's from the 70's if I did, but I'm pretty sure it's just the sub.
The Zapco's will be just fine on the 450/4. I had mine on an Alpine PDX 4.150, and like I said, the gain was pretty much all the way down. But I didn't use the passive crossovers and that makes a huge difference. Using passive crossovers requires more power than using an active (external) crossover (or processor).
If you need help testing out the equipment or anything, just let me know.

I get off work at about 5 - 6. I usually kick it at Arthur's restaurant (BlackoutG) so yeah, I'll be available.
Testing the speakers and sub is not a problem. Testing the amps might be. We would need some RCA inputs. If someone has an audio setup and easy access to their wires it would make it easy. Otherwise, all that can be tested on the amps is whether they power on, but not if the channels work.

I don't have any pics, but it's very simple. Just gotta clean the area with ammonia, let it dry for a few minutes, cut the piece of deadener with razor or box cutter, then place it onto the metal, and then use the roller to shape it to the metal. I'll bring the deadener and hopefully I can find my roller to show ya how it's done. But it's SUPER simple.
