AV Electronic Tuner Install Q's
 

hey,
I have received my AV Electronic TV Tuner and want to get it installed. I was just wondering if anyone knew what other equipment I would need to buy for the install. Does the audio/video need improvement in quality? If so, is there anything I need that can improve the audio/video quality? I remember reading something about improving the video somehow but i cant find the thread or am I over worried cuz the video will probably be good enough. also, I read something about using a cassette adapter for the sound because it will be better than using the fm modulation. is this true? Is there a way to wire the cassette so its not cluttering my console with the wire hanging around. Do I need any additional cables. I think I might need a power inverter. can anyone suggest a good inverter to use? One that is not too noisy or doesnt decrease the performance of the car. Can anyone also give tips/advice on hooking up a modded xbox to the unit? how much would a typical install be if i got it done? any advice is appreciated. thanks

You need to get an invertor with at least 200 watts peak power. The good ones have built-in fans that you'll be able to hear if your stereo and the car are off. When I'm driving or I have my volume at 10 or above I can't hear my fan. Get the PAC audio upgrade, don't use the fm modulator or the cassette adaptor.
