blksnake's stealth/hidden sub box

I saw his page where he made a custom sub box that fits beside teh spare tire. http://hiddensub.info/ since I couldn't pm him, i was wondering if it was possible to make another box to fit on the opposite site, thus having 2 subs. Can anyone confirm if this is possible on a 05 coupe?

I'm sure it is. I remember he had it made at The Good Guys.

OhNelly,
On a '04 coupe, you would need to remove the plastic (?) piece on the passenger side of the trunk to place the enclosure there. I would assume the same for the '05 coupes.
Which subs do you have mind?

Gfly,
What's up bud! Long time no hear...

So you can fit 2 subs there, one in either side of the spare? Just making sure cause I believe your is on the driver side and I wasn't sure about the passenger side. I'm looking at either the 2 infinity perfect 10 vq or the 2 phoenix gold x10d4.

The Infinity Kappa Perfect VQ subwoofer is great and can be used in extremely small enclosures. My only concern would be with the depth of the sub. The top mounted depth is listed as 6.5" and my enclosure is only supports up to <5.5". Increasing the height of the enclosure may make it rise above the trunk floor.
Good luck!

I won't mind raising the trunk floor a inch or two if both subs fit. That will still be a lot of trucnk space considering 2 10's are back there
