Easy MP3 Solution for 04's?

I accidentally came across this while searching for 350z info on google,
has anyone used one of those before?
I found this on Newegg for only 32.99.

that is cool, but I bet the quality is terrible. everything I have heard that runs through the fm radio has sucked
