Hey all,

PROBLEM:
I'll be driving along and as the arrow moves on the screen, the screen does not refresh.
Map is frozen in place and only the arrow moves (as i move).
This is in BIRD VIEW, not PLAN VIEW.
I'm almost never in PLAN VIEW (unless i'm doing canyon runs).
So i don't know if it's gonna happen in PLAN VIEW as well.

HOW OFTEN IT OCCURS:
It happens in spurts. Sometimes it will go an entire week without doing this.
Sometimes twice in one day.

Anyone else have this happen to them?
I know i can just call up the dealer and tell them to help me out but i *HATE* the idea of going to the dealership for ANYTHING.

 

Is the disc dirty or damaged? Maybe it's having a hard time buffering the map data... Get a can of air and blow the drive out too (short spurts)

 

guess it's worth a shot.
haven't checked the disc out.
