Blitzsafe Universal Ipod Interface won't charge my iPod??
 

I recently wired the Biltzsafe Universal Ipod Interface to my 2005 G35 Coupe and I'm having problems with it. The interface delivers music to the factory headunit but it doesn't charge the iPod nor does it turn the iPod off when the ignition has been turned of. Do I have a defective unit? I double checked the wiring (black to ground, red to a switched 12V, yellow to continuous) and everything looked ok:confused: . Any input is appreciated.
