Warranty on eclipse 5435 from crutchfield.com. How's it work??
 

There is a local shop that sells the eclipse stuff and would charge something like 115 total for install of dash + nav.... i was planning on buying it at crutchfield (its the same at the shop) and saving $120 because of sales tax. If this shop installs it, i have a 3 year replacement warranty and one year theft warranty right?

Also does anyone know how much this warranty is actually worth? Anyone ever gotten a replacement eclipse headunit/nav? Anyone have any experience with this? I almost want to buy a new one off ebay and save $400 and just not have a warranty.... but i probably will get the warranty and never use it.... but whatever
