Stock Audio won't come on anymore!

I have spent the last few days trying to install an Infinty Basslink II powered-subwoofer, and I've not been able to get the power light to come on. I've tried connecting straight to the battery and nothing! According to the manual that came with the sub I can turn off the remote sensing with a switch (which I did) and still nothing! I thought that I needed to have a signal coming from the speakers and that would switch it on. Can you guess what happened next? That's right NOTHING! I can go on and on about my failures , but I digress. I finally gave up after trying to connect the sub to the speaker wires while they were still harnessed to the Bose amp in the back of the trunk. I couldn't make a clean connection so I disconnected the harness (with out cutting any wires), while the stereo was on and the whole system cut off. I mean no stereo, DVD Nav, AC Nothing! I've tried disconnecting the battery to reset the system, and checking the fuses, but nothing works. The whole system won't come back on no matter what. I don't know if there is a reset switch or what. I have no clue why this is happening or how to fix it. Can someone please help me?

In the plea for help I forgot to mention that this is for a 2003.5 G35 Sports Coupe with all stock audio video components.

from my guess you must have blown a fuse... i know couldn't find any fuses but there could be one under the hood or somewhere because you might have shorten you speaker wires together and kill the radio power... basslink II is pretty simple, just check out your ground and power (with fuse) and rca or high level input again. something must be loose. also the basslink II don't need to run on remote turn wire because it will shut off after car is off.

Thanks IG35BEAN! You were right. It seems that there is a fuse box that sits in front of the battery under the cover that you can only see if you are looking for it. I took the car back to my dealer and the found it an replaced the fuse free of charge.
