Haven't seen this problem on here
 

I've done a quick search and I can't really find the same problem here so here we go...

So for the past year, sometimes my window wouldn't go back up when it went all the way down..so every once in awhile, i would clean the motor and so on, but finally I decided to change up the whole motor instead of always cleaning it. Today my new window motor arrived and I installed it. The window goes down perfectly fine, but when it goes up, it seems like it is about to die. Once it gets halfway up, it seems like it does not have enough power to bring it all the way up (but everytime, it still makes it up slowly). As well, when I put it up with the "auto up," it gets half way and stops and goes down just a little bit and stops. I am very confused, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try resetting your window regulator...

Is that the button on the window motor?

I forgot to add, that I also did the full reset on the new window motor so it moves the half on inch up and down when i open and close the doors.

Pull up the plastic piece surrounding the shift boot.
Wrap a washcloth around the metal shift rod below the shift boot.
Clamp vicegrips to metal rod with washcloth inbetween.
Hold vicegrips in place while you twist the knob.
You want to make sure you don't put strain on the transmission when turning it, that's why you use the vice grips to hold it in place, and you do it under the shift boot as to rip or otherwise maul it.
