What springs should i get for a slight drop?

Im a newb with suspensions so can anyone tell me what springs i should get so that i can lower my car a bit? Right now i just have the oem springs and with new rims, i feel like i need to do it. I heard Tein H-techs were good. Can anyone give me the spring name and any pictures that can help me decide on which springs i should get?

+1 . . . That is an excellent choice for a good conservative drop.

would the 350z h-techs eventually ruin the stock suspension

how much does it lower?? how about something around 1.5"

I went with H&R and am very happy with the ride and handling. They say it lowers the G 1.1" in front and 1" in rear.

Here are some pics with stock wheels and with 19's.

if you have the stock suspension, it might over a long period of time. you can just get some tokico shocks when they go out. if you have the sport tuned suspension, new shocks are a MUST.

I also have no experience with suspsension. Are tokiko shocks a must with h-techs, and if so, why? Just for ride comfort?

Thanks,

Ant

hmmm ruin. What lowering springs in most cases ruin is the geometry of the suspension. But if you're going for looks, its an excellent choice. ruin... It could put more stress on certain parts than from a stock set since the the stock suspension wasn't made to ride a inch lower than its made for.
