Fork out $1k for camber kit?

My camber settings is as below
-1.3 LF -1.6 RF
-1.6 LR -1.6 RR

Should I pay that much for a camber kit? or do I not need it at all. They are barely within spec.

the toes are within nominal specs

People have told me that the tires will wear badly? because it is at the limits of the factory specs range?
Toe is 0.05 for both fronts and 0.11 for both rears

your camber is not bad at all. i would say a nice setting for added traction as long as your toe is right. I run -2 on my honda! hehe and its not bad at all. I plan on running around -1.5 onmy Z with my coilovers.

If i get rear camber kit, does it mean I lose the rear toe adjustability?
do I have to get a toe adjustment kit as well ?
or can I get an aftermarket camber kit and keep the OEM traction(toe) arms?

edit: lowered on HKS RS coilovers
I got brand new michelin Ps2s don't wanna ruin them.

For handling enhancemetn your gonna need to run some negative camber. If you dont care at all about performance and simply want to extend the tier life by the little amount. Get from upper control arms. even 400 dollar cusco ones are great! and for the rear get camber arms. Even toe if you want. Most importantly get it aligned by a performance shop. And get it corner balanced. The alignment and balancing should cost around 250 total MAX.

I agree. Straightening your camber will affect the way the car handles and it is not good. The car from the factory comes with negative camber to enhance the way the car handles. If you straighten out your camber, you are sacrificing handling for even tire wear, traction, and slightly better braking. Front upper control arms like Cusco adjust camber by going negative, you wouldnt be able to straighten out your camber with this arm. It can only go negative to improve the handling of the car.

I personally love having negative camber. With the car corner balanced, it handles much better on the track. Plus you have more options to go with a lower offset wheel.

Here's the who part in your area.

http://www.my350z.com/forum/showthre...ghlight=fresno

The basic idea is make the amount of weight sitting on each corner of the suspension is made as even as possible. This is done by raising or lowering each corner of the car and using scales on each corner that read the amount of weight at each wheel. On a suspension that doesn't have full lenght adjustable dampner's, you are playing with spring preload level's when you change ride height of course.

I recommend going to my350z and running a search on corner weighting, should bring up some description's that may help more.
