eibach on sedan Q's???
 

so there is a guy selling eibach springs locally that i thought i'd pick up. he doesn't seem to know alot about them :7:, so i'm hoping those of you who know about them, and springs in general, can clue me in a bit. my questions are:

will the eibachs fit on the sedan(i have an 04)? the guy said only the coupe and the 350z, i've heard different and want confirmation.

do i need to change the shocks since the spring rate is going to be different?

if you know about the eibachs in particular, please let me know what the specs are as far as lowering, summit doesn't say.

lastly, will i need to get a camber kit for the car once its done?

any input is appreciated, mods, please leave this here at least till someone lets me know if they'll even work on the sedan.

Yes they will fit, but
Questions you need to ask are:

1. are they coupe or 350z eibach
2. prokit or sportline

remember, the prokit lowers less than the sportlines. Also, springs made for the coupe will lower the sedan 0.5" more and for the 350z will lower 1" more than specified. This means that if the springs supposed to lower 1.1" for the coupe, then it will lower 1.6" approx. for the sedans.

With the suspension, you will most likely need a camber/toe kit.
Depending what wheels (offsets and widths) you will need to roll your fenders

oh, i see on your sig that you have an AWD X, therefore, it will be even lower than the rwd sedans by 0.5" approx.

I have the Eibach Pro-Kit installed on my 06 RWD Obsidian Black sedan with sport and premium packages.
You will not need to replace your shocks as long as you have the red Tokico shocks, which denote the presence of the sport package. The Pro-Kits lower a RWD sedan 1.1” after settling the drop is actually 1.4”.Rear end camber can be adjusted within the factory camber specifications. Front camber is not as adjustable as the rear and may require a front-end camber kit if there is too much negative camber. The G35 RWD Sport Sedan is setup with negative camber front and rear from the factory to improve cornering performance. As stated in the above posts the G35 coupe` and 350Z will have different drop heights due to different weights and shock dampening specifications.19” rear tires may require the rear fenders to be rolled depending on the offset and width.
