Adjusting height on the HKS Hipermax III's

How do you adjust the height on the rears of the HKS Hipermax III Coilovers?

It seems as if there's a height adjuster on the sprint mounts provided on the HKS (for the rear) and on the rear damper itself.

Do they both need to be "matched" or is adjusting the height on the spring mounts all that is needed?

It is my first time intalling a coilover suspension, so don't mind my lack of knowledge . My vendor didn't provide with instructions in English and HKS USA never seems to answer their phone

The fronts, though I haven't installed them yet, look straight forward to me since they are a true coilover unlike the rears.

P.S. I know where the damping adjuster **** is. So no, I haven't confused any of that.
