Need shocks with GF210's?

Ok, im very confused with suspension. I have an 04 coupe, want a big drop, so looking into 350z - Tanabe Gf210's. My car has stock everything with 56K miles. Will this kill my car? MUST i get shocks too?

i would just get new shocks when your car starts to feel bouncy.

If you get those GF210's(like me), then it will likely accelerate the "bouncy" feeling you'll get since they are slightly different springs rates and height. I just bought some D-specs not too long ago, but still haven't put them on yet. FWIW, I rode on mine for almost a year and didn't notice much of a difference. I also have a rear camber kit installed. Hope this helps...

you dont need shocks right now, but why do the install twice? i say get the springs and shocks at the same time
