03 g35 coupe brembo edition, in need of changing rotor and pads.

i know there plent of information, but i havent found the answer im looking for. I have the 03 brembo edition coupe model, my brake are screaming when i come to a stop. My Question is what brand of rotors and pads do you recommend besie the oem brembo that it came with. Im trying to change all 4 rotors and all pads, now wha ever you recommend, would the stock brembo caliper fit the non oem rotor and pads? please help, I wanna change my brakes ASAP!

Hawk, stop tech, dba. I just ordered hawk hps and stop tech rotors.

Whatever you order make sure to use a lot of anti squeal grease or you won't improve your sound situation.

Edit: lol didn't see the rest of your post, you can ONLY use pads/rotors for the 03/04 with the brembo option. Most websites are categorized like that. I'd recommend http://jscspeed.com

go to rockauto.com and order a set of brembo model centric premium blank rotors and centric premium ceramic pads. it should cost about $300 for a full set of pads and rotors before shipping. You can go to retailmenot.com and find a 5% coupon.

or go to Tirerack.com just because their site is a little easier to use:
http://www.tirerack.com/brakes/resul...3&autoModClar=

Get the following items:
2 x Centric Premium front rotors
2x Centric Premium rear rotors
1x Satisfied Pro Ceramic VS pads front
1x Satisfied Pro Ceramic VS pads rear

I wouldn't mess with Hawk, for their street pads they are over priced and under perform.

+ 1 for the Centric Rotors.

I went with Performance Friction Pads

+2 for centric premium rotors, but I am using Project Mu NS pads up front and they are terrific. Feel just like OEM but dust a lot less and are cheaper.

thank you guys, if i get like 3 more people vouching for the centric premiums i would definately purcase them ASAP!

What type of brake pads can i use if im buying the centric premium rotors?

if you want long rotor life and lower dust levels, you will want ceramic pads. If you want decreased rotor life and increased braking bite, you'll want semi-metallic (often just called metallic) pads.

StopTech owns Centric and uses Centric Blanks, so +1 from me.

What do you mean by best ones available? What are looking for from your pads performance levels?

Commonly people want low dust levels and stock like bite. Others might want more fade resistance at a cost of added brake dust.

If you're just hard parking or daily driving your G, just get some premium level ceramic pads. There are a lot of options. You can go to tirerack.com and order all of the parts for your car there. They carry the centric premium blank rotors and they have a good selection of pads. I would suggest the Satisfied Pro ceramics (VS series I think).

If you want a better aggressive drivng pad that dust less than OEM but more than others, I suggest the StopTech Street Performance pads. They are awesome on all levels and they are affordable!

thanks..

I second the Stoptech Street performance pads. I recently changed from the original ferodo to stoptech pads on my 6 piston brembos, and I've been very happy with the low dust and good bite. Supposedly they also have great fade resistance.
