Attn Suspension Gurus: How's my alignment looking?
I installed my BC coilovers, F+R camber arms, and SPC toe bolts last week and have gotten the car aligned 3x because I was figuring out how much of a drop I want. The drop is finalized and aligned, but the car pulls slightly to the right and the steering feels a little "off-center". IE a little more resistance when turning left than to the right. I suspect this is a toe issue.
Anyway, lemme know what you guys think: https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-e...-46-50_402.jpg F camber: -.7 Left, -.9 Right F toe: .01 Left, .04 Right (this is where I think the problem lies) R camber: -1.0 left, -.8 right R toe: .04 Left, .04 Right |
Those front toe settings would actually cause slightly more resistance when turning right. Because the caster on the right is slightly less, the car may pull slightly to the right and cause more resistance when steering left. Caster really isn't adjustable and yours is fairly close to even.
The camber looks okay. Like many alignment places, it looks like the tech got your front toe into spec without any care to make it even left to right. |

Why is toe not at 0?

I would assume because NTB techs just want to get the car within specs, rather than perfect.
