All I know is I just replaced my OEM camber links with adjustable SPL camber links. No toe bolts installed yet. Now my alignment is way off, and I no likey. Before I pay big bucks for repeated alignments (I want to just get one after I get my front camber parts, which have not been ordered yet), any idea what could be throwing my alignment off? All I did was the rear camber links. Adjusted them to the same length as OEM, and put'em on. Everything went well. Yet... off.

Did you have the bolt disk the same way but any time you mess with suspension you must get it alignment

Yeh, I've heard that a billion times, but was wondering if there is anything I can do for now... I've swapped suspension on/off a few times without any problems. Wondering what exactly it is about the camber links that threw my suspension way off. I want to assume the bolt disk is the washer type thing that went on the inner side of the links... I'll re-check those asap. Thanks for that tip! If no luck, then... I guess if that's all there is to it, to get a professional alignment, then alright.

Did you measure them up to your OEM arms?

Camber arms work by literally pushing the lower contorl arms away from or into the car. If you installed them at max negative camber or max positive camber then you will have drastically adjusted the camber just by installing them.

why dont get lifetime alignment on firestone?? with that u can go back anytime u want.

Any time you adjust camber it affects your toe. If you don't have the bigger toe bolts then you can either get the camber in spec or the toe, but not both. Quit being a puzzy, spend the $40 on the toe bolts, and your issue will be solved. :icon38:

Firestones "Lifetime Warranty" will allow me to do that? I have a feeling there will be some terms and conditions that will make me less than satisfied.

I do have the toe bolts, I just haven't installed them yet. I don't feel comfortable doing it after seeing the DIY... I mean, one slip up and I cut too much with the dremel, then I'm screwed! oh no! I think I will let professionals handle that one...
