Tein Basic coilovers ride adjustment

Hi guys, Ive looked on youtube, searched everywhere and im really stuck on what to do. I have tein basic coilovers on the car and i tried to raise the car but the top collar isnt moving at all. bottom collar moves freely but top one doesn't. Here's a pic:

Now on youtube, Ive seen people adjust the height with top collar, I've also seen people twist the "spring" and it adjusts the height, but those are all different model tein's. Im really stuck here. Any help?

Your bottom jam nut looks like it's tightened, loosen it up a lot, extend (raise) the coilover 1 thread then use a nylon brush and THOROUGHLY clean the threads, if there's any gunk on them it will bind up and potentially start to ruin the threads. Then just start screwing it in. Sometimes a lubricant spray is needed to help keep things moving smoothly.

EDIT: Ohh you're trying to raise the vehicle not lower it. Just use some spray lubricant on the coil spring, probably just old and crusty.

Spray some WD40 on the threads to loosen it up a bit.

Use your adjusting wrench to turn the top nut. (Raising it up will raise the car)

Then use the lower nut to lock the upper nut.
